The registered Chinese company Zhejiang model โZnen Vesโ scooter does not infringe Piaggioโs intellectual property rights on the Vespa LX scooter. According to the EU Court, there was no infringement: the Chinese scooter is not an imitation of the Italian Vespa and the registration of its model in Europe remains valid.
