Tonucci & Partners in the arrangement with creditors procedure of Rome Capodarco Community.
Tonucci & Partners, with partner Livio Esposizione, assisted Rome Capodarco Community, a non – profit organization specialized in psychological, sanitary and rehabilitative assistance to disabled people and to other disadvantaged categories, operating in Lazio since 1974 in agreement with the District Unit. The advice consisted in all the legal and procedural aspects of the admission application to the arrangement with creditors procedure.
