We represent the client at every stage and level of disputes on public procurement and litigation before all administrative and judicial authorities, including regulatory bodies and arbitration. We render assistance to private Italian and foreign companies which act as bidders in public tenders, in any actions taken by contractors within procurement procedures (awards, exclusions, admissions of competitors, etc.). We assist public and public-private individuals involved in procurement contracts in any legal action brought by the bidders and in proceedings before the competent independent authorities (AGCM and ANAC). We represent the client in disputes relating to the perfomance stage of public contracts.

Anac and Anti–Corruption

We provide broad assistance in anti-corruption issues, supporting our clients in any relationship with the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC), ranging from the issue of legal opinions on pre-litigation topics to the support on proceedings imposing fines in connection with alleged irregularities in public tenders.
