Amateur sports bodies: the Notary pronounces on statutory adjustments.

The article analyses some of the main aspects of this study, starting with the mandatory elements to be provided by the statutes and focusing, among others, on the lack of profit purposes and on the incompatibilities concerning directors”.
It is worthy pointing out that during D.L 145/2023 conversion stage, an amendment was brought forward providing the postponement of the deadline regarding statutory adjustments from December 31st 2023 to June 30th 2024.
