Public Private Partnership as provided by the new code – concessions and project finance – application profiles in waste, environment and plants sector. Alberto Fantini of Tonucci & Partners attended, as a teacher, the specialist training event organized on December 4^th and 5^th by CUOA Business School for Veneto Region.

Alberto Fantini addressed PPP operations legal and procedural profiles, concessions of important economic general services, paying attention to ARERA guides with regard to standard tender outlines concerning the commitment in assigning integrated waste service. Together with Giovanni Montresori of LabeLab s.r.l., the tender procedure regarding the assignment of the concession announced by Rome Municipality – worth approximately 7 billion – for the construction and management of the waste-to-energy plant, was particularly analyzed as a “case study” with regard to waste treatment and other ancillary plants.
