The highly anticipated and awaited tender notice regarding online gaming licenses was published in the European Journal on December17th, 2024. By resolution no. 777860 dated December 17^th 2024, ADM Games Director has actually announced tender procedure no. CIG B4DF5D6BCF concerning licenses for operation and remote collection of games referred to in Article 6 of Legislative Decree nr. 41 dated March 24^th, 2024.

The application can be submitted starting from 00:00:00 of March 31^st, 2025 and must be received no later than 17:00:00 of May 30^th, 2025 under inadmissibility penalty.

By resolution n. 790999, with regard to the current licenses expiring on December 31^st 2024, ADM Director of Game logically provided for the possibility of asking a technical extension until September 17^th, 2025. The timing for adhering to the derogation is, however, very tight, given that it should necessarily be communicated to ADM no later than December 27^th, 2024.
