On 14 July 2021 Venice hosted the 4th edition of the “Venice Hotel Market” organised by Associazione Veneziana Albergatori (AVA). The traditional annual event was dedicated to the world of hospitality, with hoteliers, restaurateurs and other Venetian hospitality professionals joined for discussing the touristic recovery of the lagoon city. Among the speakers, Mr. Giuseppe Mongiello, our tax partner at Tonucci & Partners, has introduced and chaired the debate on “PNRR and the cities of art: opportunities for growth and development for hoteliers and the tourism system“, illustrating the possibilities for prospective development, strategic-management approaches, and tourism-territorial planning in the post-pandemic period, in view of a precious opportunity for potential growth and change for hoteliers and the entire tourism system.
The National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) is expected to have a high-potential impact on the Italian economy, with a significant growth factor: the will is to renew and modernise the tourism offer also through the upgrading of accommodation facilities and the strengthening of strategic tourism services.
Tonucci & Partners is on the front line providing guidance and assistance for restarting the business and seizing the new growth opportunities.
