Tonucci & Partners in the acquisition of TecnoA by A2A Ambiente.
TecnoA, leading company in Center – South Italy, specialized in industrial waste disposal, was acquired by A2A Ambiente, pertaining to A2A Group. The vendor was assisted, for the legal aspects, by Tonucci & Partners team coordinated by partner Livio Esposizione and the associate Stefano Sartori. By this acquisition, A2A Group will be ranging a capacity of 800.000 tons of industrial waste disposal per year.
