Pasquale Silvestro of Tonucci & Partners, Vice President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Romania (CCIpR), attended a meeting organized by the Chamber at the VARD Shipyards, a Fincantieri Group company, which took place in Tulcea, Romania, on September 23rd 2026.
The initiative provided an important opportunity to discuss procurement and supply chain issues with the top management of VARD Shipyards Romania, delving into the needs of the shipbuilding industry, procurement process and collaboration opportunities with companies specializing in the supply of technologies, components, and services to support production activities.
In his opening remarks of the session attended by several CCIpR member companies, Pasquale Silvestro pointed out the strategic importance of networking initiatives in fostering dialogue among companies and leading industrial players in Romania, promoting new opportunities for collaboration and economic development.
