Tonucci & Partners participates at the advanced training course ” Corporate Insolvency Law – major procedures for managing business crisis and minor over-indebtedness procedures,” organized in collaboration with Cagliari University, Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts Association of Cagliari, Nocera Inferiore Bar Association, ODCEC of Nocera Inferiore, the Italian Association of Chartered Accountants, ANDOC, the Academies of Chartered Accountants of Sardinia and Agro-regions and ODP Servizi.
The Firm is represented by attorney and certified public accountant Amedeo Sacrestano who will moderate the entire round of meetings and will also take part as a speaker, along with Alessandro Calò and Luca Calò. During the program, Alessandro Calò will delve into the preliminary stage of over-indebtedness proceedings, relationships with the debtor, and minor composition agreements, while Luca Calò will address the processing of tax, social security and welfare debts within crisis and insolvency framework, as well as relationships with enforcement proceedings and tax and fiscal aspects related to over-indebtedness proceedings.
Beginning on September 21st and scheduled to run until November 27th 2026, the program includes 14 meetings and 56 hours of e-learning training, guiding participants through the main tools and procedures provided by the regulations governing corporate insolvency and over-indebtedness.
