Tonucci & Partners advisor of Triestina Calcio for the construction of a new Sport Center.
As legal advisor of U.S. Triestina Calcio, Tonucci & Partners with a team headed by partner Pasquale Silvestro and made up of partners Alberto Fantini and Luca Spaziani, associate Jacopo Fronticelli Baldelli of Rome office and Michele Grisafi of Trieste office, assisted the client in developing the project concerning new Ferrini – Biasin Sport Center which will requalify Ferrini area of Ponziana district. Trieste Municipality and U.s. Triestina Calcio will shortly sign the agreement regarding the construction accomplishment and area management. The kick off is expected to take place within June. Triestina will, therefore, have its first house within 2022, 104 years after its foundation.
