On the occasion of “Quo Vadis Italia? – Real Estate Summit” tenth edition, data regarding the Italian real estate market are recording good performance as compared to other Italian sectors, driven by the growth of the hotel sector (+ 60%) and by the luxury one which mark positive statistics related to 2025 Jubilee and 2026 Milan-Cortina Olympic Games major events .
