In particular, Vincenzo Iacovazzi advised Idea SGV S.r.l., a company part of Idea Group, in formalizing an all-encompassing agreement concerning the sale of two properties, one of which is under construction.
“Mars” alternative real estate investment fund, dealing with lastmile logistics as agreed by funds belonging to Blackstone and managed by Kryalos S.G.R. S.p.A, purchased the aforementioned properties.
