He has previously worked as partner, managing partner and head of international operations in some of the most outstanding Italian and international law firms operating in Italy.

Member of IBA and the Association of the Bar of the city of New York.
Author and worldwide coeditor of the Italian chapters of the Italian chapters of the comparative law books on “Private Equity”, “Shareholders’ Rights”, “Company Directors” and “Debt Restructuring” all published by Thomson Reuters. Co-author of the Italian chapter of the book “Alternative Investment Funds” published by the “Global Legal Group” and of the chapter for Italy of the Shareholders’ rights and Shareholders Activism of the Global Practice Guide published by Chambers and Partners (2019).
