Our firm’s partner Alessandro Varrenti held on September 9, 2023 a one day lecture dedicated to the post graduate students of the LUISS Business School’s Master in Financial Markets, on the matter of “The negotiating process in a m&a transaction”. Mr. Varrenti addressed the audience with the support of our firm’s partner Giunio Tonucci.
