Legal advisor for public administrations and bodies, public companies, public concessionaries and private companies in the field of administrative law and for companies with regard to public contracts and p.p.p., energy, environment, waste, real estate, mobile telephone, airport and highway fields. Legal advisor in the definition of tender procedures in the field of public contracts (i.e. services, supplies and works contracts) and p.p.p. (i.e. services, works and goods) with regard to strategic and sports infrastructures (stadiums) and public facilities.
Expert lawyer in the administrative litigation (Regional Administrative Court, State Council, Court of Cassation S.S.U.U., C.E.D.H.) and the relevant disputes (State Auditor’s Department).
Assistance to Companies in the proceedings before the independent administrative authorities (such as AGCM, ANAC), GSE (the Italian company which promote renewable energy sources) and Sports Justice Bodies. President of the Board of Arbitrators for the resolution of disputes in the field of public contracts.
Member of several municipal committees and Deputy Mayor with responsibility for Sport and Tourism.
He has been member of the panel of several Sports Justice Bodies.
Member of the Italian Society of Administrative Lawyers (SIAA).
Author of publications and speaker in several conferences and workshops related to the field of expertise.
