UPDATE – Tonucci & Partners successfully assisted Cosenza Calcio before Consiglio di Stato as well, in the appeal of Chievo Verona against TAR presidential decree regarding the non-admission to the upcoming Serie B championship. The President of Consiglio di Stato pointed out the “(particularly) exceptional appealability of a monocratic precautionary decree” and concluded that, in the present case, the prerequisites for the appealability of the presidential decree did not recur. The ruling confirms, thus, the access of Cosenza to Serie B.
Tonucci & Partners, following the positive ruling obtained by Garanzia dello Sport College which rejected Chievo’s appeal against its non-admission to 2021/2022 Serie B championship, has successfully assisted Cosenza Calcio before TAR Lazio as well, in the appeal brought forth by Chievo Verona.
