BPM financed Obton group, specialized in renewable plants development and management, in its capacity as investor of Fusion fund managed by Castello SGR, for purchasing two greenhouse photovoltaic plants.
Green Horse Legal Advisory and Di Tanno Associati on one hand, and Tonucci & Partners and CBA on the other, provided assistance respectively to Banco Bpm as agent, financing bank, custodian bank, mandated lead arranger and hedging bank, and to Castello SGR as Fusion fund manager .
In particular, Tonucci & Partners Energy team, coordinated by partner Stefano Lucarini and counsel Cecilia Mambrini, supported by senior associates Lisa Tamburro and Giulia Zaccardelli, assisted Castello SGR in structuring and planning the investment deal with regard to legal and corporate aspects, as well as contractual and execution aspects of the same, negotiating as well the relevant financial documentation on behalf of the beneficiary.
