As by December 10th 2022, the Government will be due to review “whistleblowing” regulations in order to approximate them to EU directive 2019/1937, meant to protect the employees who report violations of EU law. The new regulation requires all companies with more than 50 employees to implement a reporting management process through an IT platform suitable for guaranteeing the whistleblower protection .
