Massimiliano Troiani, partner of Tonucci & Partners and expert in renewable energy, has been appointed statutory auditor of Alboran Hydrogen Brindisi srl statutory auditors board. The company will kick off Edison and Saipem’s Apulian project regarding the first Italian “hydrogen valley”. The company, whose shares have been acquired by Edison and Saipem, has already started the development of hydrogen production plants with renewable sources. As mayor, Massimiliano Troiani, also chairman of Alboran Hydrogen board of statutory auditors , will monitor the implementation of the first step of “Puglia Green Hydrogen Valley” project.
Of the three green hydrogen production plants planned in the region, Alboran Hydrogen’s Brindisi plant is at an advanced stage of development and will be the first ready to produce green hydrogen using electrolysers with a capacity of 60 MW powered by a photovoltaic field geared to the project.
