The Official Journal (Gazzetta Ufficiale) has published on June 27th, 2022 the Decree nr. 104 which implements the so called Transparency Directive. Redesigning employment contracts, such decree has immediate effects by introducing new information obligations related to the working conditions each employer or client is due to indicate when signing new contracts.
