Tonucci & Partners celebrates 30 years of activity by entrusting its leadership to a Management Committee made up of Cristina Mazzamauro, Alessandro Vasta and Piergiuseppe Venturella, supported by an Auditing & Quality Assurance body, which includes Giorgio Altieri and the chartered accountant Massimiliano Trojani.
The two committees meet periodically to coordinate a collegial joint governance, but the most important decisions are up to the Shareholders’ Assembly.
“The domestic reforms – explained Cristina Mazzamauro to Milano Finanza which explored the issue of the Firm’s new governance – started two years ago. A take over in the management structure had become necessary as well as new rules regarding the supervision of the Firm’s management costs and also the performance of the partners.
