Tonucci & Partners assisted Sorgenia in the sale and purchase as well as project financing of Green Power Marcallese.
Tonucci and Partners, with a team headed by partner Pietro Rossi and made up of Cecilia Mambrini, Francesco Marchini, Lisa Tamburro and Valentina Ladislao, assisted Sorgenia Group in the sale and purchase of 75% of Green Power Marcallese S.r.l. corporate capital by Agatos Group, as well as in the consequent non-recourse project financing transaction financed by Banco BPM S.p.A., aimed at the construction of a pioneering biomethane plant fueled with urban organic waste located in the Municipality of Marcallo (MI).
