Foncière Siscare, a leading French operator in the real estate sector committed to social and health care assistance with 90 facilities operating in Europe, has concluded with BNL – BNP Paribas Group a 12 million Euro loan transaction aimed at refinancing the purchase by equity of the real estate building containing Health Care Residence (RSA) and Day Care Center (CDI) in Milan Affori, premises with about 150 beds and 40 day care places. The loan was provided to Siscare Italia S.r.l. subsidiary group. Foncière Siscare was assisted by Tonucci & Partners with partners Andrea Marchetti and Pietro Rossi and associate Valentina Ladislao.
