Obton Group, a primary Danish corporate group, active on the investments in Europe and North America renewable energy sector and operating in the photovoltaic energy field, has been assisted by Tonucci & Partners in the acquisition of a photovoltaic portfolio of 24 MW throughout the acquisition of the quotas of the Italian closed-ended real estate investment fund named “Fondo RealEnergy” managed by Serenissima S.G.R. S.p.A., as well as the entire corporate capital of the Energy Tenant Company S.r.l. holding company.
