Tonucci & Partners in Abramo S.p.A. restructuring.

Tonucci & Partners, with a team made up of Piergiorgio Sposato, Piergiuseppe Venturella, and Francesca Zuccarello, assisted one of the largest Italian call center operators, Abramo Customer Care S.p.A., in a proceedings of change in public procurement based on Court’s order and in the following reorganization, involving almost 600 employees, of its Italian facilities. The reorganization has been partially executed with the purchasing by System House S.r.l., a company operating in the call and contact center sector, of the Abramo Customer Care S.p.A.’s business units based in Naples and Reggio Calabria.
