Confapi Milano event “The protection of Made in Italy regarding SMEs”, due to take place on April 11th, 6.00 pm, at BNP Paribas Diamante Tower in Milan, will deal with the tools available and meant to enhance, promote and protect Made in Italy, such as EUIPO vouchers, incentives that European Union Office for Intellectual Property provides for filing trademarks, designs and patents and Law 206 /23 which promotes excellency productions, cultural heritage and national cultural roots.
After the introductory greetings by Nicola Spadafora of Tonucci & Partners and President of Confapi Milano, Fabio Boscariol of Tonucci & Partners will analyze the characterizing elements of the companies that represent the national production system beating heart.
