Stefano Lucarini and Andrea Di Donna of Tonucci & Partners participated as speakers at the conference regarding NRRP, taken place at the Lecture Hall of Foggia University Law Department on March 11^th. The conference is meant to shed light on the opportunities NRRP might give to our country through the transformation of the industrial policy and the local infrastructure modernization. Stefano Lucarini discussed the energetic opportunities concerning ecological transition and Andrea Di Donna spoke about the financial intervention measures provided by NRRP.
