Tonucci & Partners multidisciplinary team made up of Gianluca Cambareri, Giuseppe Santarelli, Eleonora Ieradi and Sara Ludovica Pagano, assisted Manfredi Fine Hotels Collection, a brand of Artesole, company operating in tourism and luxury hotels sector in Italy, during the lease of “The James – Suite Hotel Firenze” by AK Hotels.

The hotel, currently under complete renovation and scheduled to open in May 2025, is located inside a 16th-century Florentine building and consists of 14 exclusive suites designed by architect James Cavagnari, as well as The Secret Bar and James Restaurant.
