Fuel cost has significantly increased for companies and consumers due to the conflict in Ukraine. In collaboration with Tonucci & Partners, Assopetroli – Assoenergia announce the constitution of a task force in order to assist the associated companies in managing the fuel supply contracts meant for public service which have become excessively expensive. The task force is intended to provide accurate analysis of most critical contexts aiming at a responsible renegotiation of the terms. The operating unity is made up of Assopetroli – Assoenergia General Secretary, Sebastiano Gallitelli and of Tonucci & Partners professionals, namely Giorgio Altieri and Benedetto Blasi as experts of civil and commercial law as well as Alberto Fantini and Luca Spaziani as public procurement and administrative law experts.
