Ivan Rigatti

He has been working at the Firm since 2001.
He provides assistance to Italian and multinational companies in commercial law, international law, e-commerce, as well as he has followed many extraordinary national and international operations (mergers and acquisitions).
In matters of his own competence, he is a lecturer in conferences, workshops, seminars and masters in Italy and abroad organized by industrial associations, professional associations, business schools.
Author of various publications, including last:- Practical Law – 2018/2019 edition and 2015/2016 edition “International trade and Commercial Transactions in Italy.
