Benvenuti LLC was assisted, through a well-organized transaction, to become a majority shareholder of the club by consolidating the company’s assets through the acquisition of the ownership of the Academy, the club’s youth sector, and the rights to use the club’s iconic trademarks.
The transaction was supervised by Carlo Scarpa and Ivan Rigatti, who maintained relations with the previous minority shareholder and assisted Benvenuti LLC until the final closing. This activity consolidates Tonucci & Partners’ experience in sports as one of its core areas of expertise for years.
