There do exist a before and an after with regard to public health following Covid-19 spread. The pandemic has rendered us conscious of how a solid and efficient health system is a priority. During these last two and a half years, Italy has faced an epochal challenge realizing the necessity to reorganize the health system trying to preserve the fundamental principles that are its basis: universality and access to care. The meeting “PNRR and Health. The opportunities to build up a new Italian healthcare ” due to take place on June 23rd 2022 will be a moment of discussion to encourage dialogue among institutions, companies and associations on issues that have acquired even more importance recently. The event, organized by Consenso Europa and the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy, in collaboration with Tonucci & Partners, after the opening greetings of Mario Tonucci and an introduction by the General Director of Consensus Europe, Stefano Colarieti, will be attended by Michele Perrino, President of the AmCham Healthcare Committee and CEO of Medtronic Italy, and by the undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Andrea Costa. The meeting will be moderated by the deputy director of La7 Andrea Pancani. Representatives of the most important pharmaceutical companies in Italy, health facilities, industry associations and operators specialized in IT dedicated to health will be present at the discussion table.
