As part of “KEY – The Energy Transition Expo” which will take place at Rimini Expo Center, the conference “Floating photovoltaics: exploring opportunities to strengthen renewables in Italy”, set up by AERO – Association of Offshore Renewable Energy, will occur on March 7th 2025 and will offer a complete overview of offshore floating photovoltaics, bringing together industry representatives, attorneys, academics and policy makers.
Stefano Lucarini of Tonucci & Partners will attend the event as a speaker by delving into the peculiarities of the Italian regulatory framework concerning renewables while analyzing the main legislative gaps that hinder the development of floating photovoltaics, forwarding proposals with regard to the establishment of more appropriate regulatory conditions related to innovation in the sector.
