“APRI Academy 2025 Parma” conference, set up by APRI – Professionals Association of Business Restructuring with the aim of analyzing, together with sector related professionals, companies and operators, the regulatory aspects, recent juridical  rulings and specific experience in negotiated compositions, took place on Thursday June 12^th2025.

In this context, Luca Calò of Tonucci & Partners attended the round table “Case studies of negotiated settlements: comparison and thoughts”, which explored, by analyzing real experience, the most effective strategies and best practices with regard to corporate crises management, offering thus a tangible perspective of the application of negotiated settlement tool.
