Vega Formazione event “Safety Sensei: Artificial Intelligence applied to workplace safety. Practice, liabilities and responsibilities in a company” took place last Thursday, June 12^th 2025, as part of the Health and Safety in the Workplace Exhibition organized by Bologna Fiere.

In this context, Alessandro Vasta of Tonucci & Partners analyzed the legal and operational implications concerning AI-based solutions in work contexts, focusing on the liability and compliance outlines introduced by EU Regulation 2024/1689 (so-called AI Act).
