Nicola Spadafora, partner of Tonucci & Partners and President CONFAPI Milano, was appointed member of the Board of Directors of FASDAPI, founded by CONFAPI and FEDERMANAGER. FASDAPI bears exclusive charitable, solidarity and mutual purposes. The Fund guarantees to the entire managerial class and to enterprises the benefits deriving from the insurance coverage provided for by Article 12 of the National Collective Agreement for PMI managers. Since 1 January 2002, the Fund has also offered its members “Long Term Care” formula free of charge. This is a supplementary assistance for managers affected by very serious accidents or illnesses, such as to imply they no longer have the ability to perform some of the fundamental functions and activities of daily life. Since 2010, FEDERMANAGER and CONFAPI have also implemented Article 15 of the National Collective Agreement, which provides coverage for the new civil and criminal liability established as a result of the legislative measures issued and the liability for gross negligence. The management of this insurance cover as well has been entrusted to FASDAPI by the social parties.
