The property, of over 13,000 square meters and with over 200 beds, located in the municipality of Soresina (Cremona), was sold by FIDESIMM and is managed by the Gheron Group. For Foncière Siscare, leading operator in the real estate sector dedicated to social and health care assistance, with 70 structures operating in France, Belgium and Germany, this is the first operation on the Italian market. Fidesimm is a company specialized in the management of real estate income.
