Gianluca Mulè and Giorgio Altieri of Tonucci & Partners are among the co-authors of the book “Integrated Compliance,” edited by Enrico Napoletano and Nicoletta Pia Di Cagno, published by Zanichelli Editore as part of the “Sources of Law” collections. It will be available in bookstores and on e-commerce platforms starting April 8th.
The book offers an evolving interpretation of compliance, which nowadays is increasingly moving away from a merely formal vision, establishing itself as a true strategic lever of governance.
The book takes the reader on a journey that highlights how compliance represents a meeting point among law, corporate structure and ethical culture, capable of guiding decisions, preventing risks and generating sustainable value.
Through a practical approach, based on the authors’ experience, it emerges that compliance is not limited to adhering to ules, but turns into organizations’ ability to anticipate and, hopefully, prevent risks, integrate effective supervising systems and promote widespread responsibility at all levels.
A dynamic model, based on prevention, constant monitoring and flexibility, which strengthens the resilience of companies in increasingly complex regulatory and technological environments.
In addition to the contributions of Gianluca Mulè and Giorgio Altieri, the publication includes distinguished contributions by Daria Angelini, Maurizio Arena, Paolo Barometro, Antonio Carino, Giulio Coraggio, Francesco Diana, Nicoletta Pia Di Cagno, Piero Di Michele, Gianclaudio Fischetti, Marianna Lamolinara, Fausto Massimino, Sonia Mazzucco, Alessandro Nespoli, Daniele Novello, Carlo Paris, Nadége Rochel, Fabrizio Santaloja, and Paolo Tosca.
