Cecilia Mambrini of Tonucci & Partners lectured as teacher at the Temple University Beasley School of Law on June 13th discussing the issue of renewable energy sources and fossil fuels and illustrating the benefits of the energy transition, not only in terms of environment but also for the economy and the community.
The speech was concentrated on an overview of the current European regulatory framework, with particular reference to the acceleration procedures for obtaining authorizations related to new renewable energy installations, by comparing European legislation with national and regional legislation in Italy. She then concluded by highlighting the role of the business lawyer in the renewable energy sector.
The occasion was particularly positive for the young students of Temple University based in Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia, which offers specialized programs in Law and Public Policy helping students to prepare to work at law, politics and economics intersection.
