Bio-Circle Surface Technology GmbH, a German multinational company operating in the production and marketing of chemical and biotechnological products for machinery cleaning and degreasing, was successfully assisted by Tonucci & Partners before Bologna Court through the expertise and know how of Fabio Boscariol De Roberto and Danilo Martucci. An Italian company claimed to have endured unfair competition concerning the reproduction of a machinery but the Court, either at first instance or on appeal, rejected all claims asserting that the shape needs to have distinctive characteristics in order to be protected.
