(ANTI)CORRUPTION: THE “SILENT POWER” OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.

Corruption cannot be fought only through sanctions but, first and foremost, by establishing organizational and management systems capable of preventing unlawful conduct. Introducing anti-corruption measures means not only protection for the organization but also an opportunity to promote virtuous behavior, a culture of compliance with the rules and widespread accountability. Corruption prevention management systems are an effective tool which, when intelligently adapted to the situation, strengthen trust, reduce risks and create value, both inside and outside the organization.
