Alessandro Del Ninno of Tonucci & Partners was invited to open the new season of “Privacy Compliance 2020” program broadcasted by Ius Law Web Radio. During the interview, the contents of the Guidelines 7/2020 concerning the concept of Data Controller and Data Processor, adopted by the European Data Protection Board (“EDPB”) were explored, highlighting interpretative critical points and real difficulties in applying the new set of rules as enacted by the EDPB.
