Tonucci & Partners plays a leading role in INAGEN (Intelligence Agroenergie), the new Permanent Technical Roundtable on Renewable Energy, Agro-energy and Carbon Systems, established in Puglia to offer a qualified point of reference to entrepreneurship in the fields of innovation, technology transfer, regulatory assistance and project development.

The initiative, promoted and led by DARe – the Regional Agri-Food District – together with Tonucci & Partners, “La Nuova Energia” Regional Production District, the University of Foggia and the Polytechnic University of Bari, has been set up with the aim of supporting energy companies, agricultural businesses and local authorities in navigating an increasingly complex regulatory and administrative framework.

The Roundtable will operate in five strategic areas: agrivoltaics, productive afforestation, biomass and biomethane, carbon farming and carbon credits, as well as the definition of economic models and the verification of Gross Saleable Output (GSO), including for the purposes of project bankability. Planned activities include technical and regulatory support, assistance with authorization procedures and access to national and European funding instruments.

Tonucci & Partners will contribute to the initiative through regulatory and contractual assistance, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance reviews. Stefano Lucarini and Gianluca Vincenzo Bocchino will lead the project, together with their respective teams.
