Tonucci & Partners hosted at its Rome headquarters the working group “AI, Data and Operating Models for a more efficient justice system serving the citizens” promoted by SAP in collaboration with Consenso Europa and taking place on Thursday, February 12th 2026.
The meeting provided an opportunity for institutional representatives, legal professionals, technology experts as well as public and private sectors stakeholders to discuss the contribution artificial intelligence and data-driven models offer in improving the justice system efficiency.
Following the opening remarks by Mario Tonucci and Giorgio Altieri and an introduction by Alessandro Vasta of Tonucci & Partners, the discussion, moderated by Roberto Inciocchi, was enhanced by the contributions of Deputy Minister of Justice Francesco Paolo Sisto, of Senator Erika Stefani, those of Honorable Members Daniela Dondi and Toni Ricciardi, of Mario Nobile, Director General of AGID, of Carla Masperi, CEO of SAP Italia, of Alessandro Graziani, President of Rome Bar Association Council, of Giuseppe Belcastro, President of Rome Criminal Bar Association, of Alessio Scarcella, Director of Court of Cassation Electronic Documentation Center, of Attorney at Law Andrea Pontecorvo and of Tonucci & Partners’ professionals, Alessia Capozzi and Valentina Guzzanti.
The event highlighted real practical viewpoints concerning digital tools and artificial intelligence responsible application in legal proceedings, with the aim of improving justice efficiency, transparency and accessibility, while fully respecting process safeguards and personal data protection.
