Tonucci & Partners supported the foundation of Marche Nautical Cluster, a network made up of 15 companies—14 based in Marche region and one in Lazio—meant to promote Italian excellence in the luxury yacht set up sector.
The entire legal and organizational incorporation process was supervised by Pasquale Silvestro, who will continue to support the Cluster in its upcoming development and consolidation process.
The network brings together companies specialized in carpentry, painting, electrical systems, iron and steel work, composite materials and custom production, offering an integrated and highly qualified supply chain. An innovative company offering t”urnkey” solutions to shipyards by covering every stage of vessel construction, from design to final delivery.
