Tonucci & Partners, with a team made up of Gianluca Cambareri, Giuseppe Santarelli and Eleonora Ieradi, assisted the American fund Beckett Layne Ventures (BLV) in taking over the ownership of A.C. Monza, which until now belonged to Fininvest.

The agreement regarding the club sale, officially announced by the Berlusconi family holding company, provides for an initial transfer of 80% of shares this summer, while the remaining 20% will be transferred by June 2026. Until then, “Fininvest will maintain its representation on the club’s board of directors, consistent with its residual shareholding,” the company release points out.
