Luca Calò of Tonucci & Partners attended as a teacher the training course set up for Business Crisis Managers and organized by ODCEC MB – Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Monza and Brianza and by Monza and Brianza Establishment of Accountants.

In his speech, by analyzing the access methods concerning financial instruments and addressing the critical issues and good practices to consolidate trust and reliance among business and financial institutions, Luca Calò discussed the negotiated settlement of the crisis regarding financial intermediaries as well as the reward means to be obtained as pursuant to art. 25 bis CCII.
