Quirino Mancini of Tonucci & Partners, President of the International Masters of Gaming Law (“IMGL”) moderated the panel “IMGL Masterclass – The Regulatory Audit: the targets of gaming regulation and how they are supposed to be achieved”, set up as part of ‘IGE – Italian Gaming Expo.

The meeting was attended by representatives of highest level Italian (AdM), British (UK Gambling Commission) and Maltese (MGA) Gaming Regulatory Bodies, who discussed the current issue concerning the supervision of gaming operators and dealers by the authorities, upholding the most relevant topics, including anti – money laundering, responsible gaming and data protection ones by delving into the regulatory aspects that organizes not only the gaming offer but the concession itself.
