The conference “Legal knowledge unity and plurality under constitutional reform perspectives”, set up by Tonucci & Partners, Consenso Europa and Dike Giuridica Editrice, with the support of Rome Bar Association and Rome Criminal Chamber, took place on January 29th and was attended by distinguished speakers such as Carlo Taormina, Giorgio Spangher and Otto Pfersmann.
Prof. Carlo Taormina examined the issue regarding magistrates’ responsibility, supporting the necessity of the establishment of a Court of Justice for magistrates made up of category – non belonging persons in order to guarantee a correct judgement impartiality.
Prof. Giorgio Spangher analyzed Law concept in its essence and application, outlining its peculiar positive aspects and limits, while Prof. Otto Pfersmann’s contribution was concentrated on the elements related to the unity and plurality of constitutional revision expectations within a comparative view.
